PC - Not computer!
By Damien Handslip of Flag Diesel
PC has taken over large amounts of our time, both in and out of work. It has grown in size and importance out of all proportion to its place in the scheme of things. It is of the same signifance as Health and Safety in our workplaces. PC should be banned completely, and all but a few rules in Health and Safety out to be dropped from the statute books as well. If you ban Golliwogs you must of course ban Bagels as well. Why should you not have a joke about religion whether it's Christian, Muslim or Hindu? Jokes about women ought to be as OK as Men or Children. I do not go out of my way to be non-PC, but why should it harm me if I do. I suppose this means we cannot tell jokes about the Englishman, the Irishman or the Scotsman any more. Jokes about Irishmen or Jews must be as racist as jokes about gentlemen of colour. Perhaps sanity will rein once more and we can all get on with our lives once more.
